Business Catalyst billing information & "Add Ons".

Billing Area.

Inside Adobe Business Catalyst is a customer billing area, to access this area log into your console and go to Site Settings > Site Billing.

  • You will be able to view and email yourself any previous invoices.
  • You will be able to see when the next invoice is due.
  • You will be able to change your site plan.
  • You will be able to update your credit card information for payments.

Please note that all payments are made directly to Adobe Business Catalyst and not to Virtual Miss Friday, we do not have access to your credit card details nor do we process payments - Adobe, controls all related transaction activity.

Billing Declined.

If your payment was declined for any reason, simply go to login to your console as normal and a screen will appear for entering in your payment information, complete the first screen and your console will immediately be reactivated.
