In order for us to provide the most efficient email support we use a support centre helpdesk software called Zendesk.
Each email creates a new ticket in the support site, and also a new account for the person who submitted the email (if they don't already have an account).
When the account is ready to be activated, you'll get an email like the one below:
Welcome to your Zendesk Precreated Account for Virtual Miss Friday. Please click the link below to create a password and sign-in.
If you follow the link to create the account you will be able to login and access all of your support request history through one central login area.
